In January 2008, Quilon Restaurant and Bar, the sister restaurant to The Bombay Brasserie, was awarded a first Michelin star in recognition of outstanding food and flawless service.
Head Chef, Sriram Aylur, has brought southern coastal Indian cuisine straight from the villages of Kerala to the streets of central London. Fish and seafood are specialities and this delicious cuisine is also available in-suite.
